These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nonna's Atelier website and your purchase of any goods from us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. The Business

This website is operated by Nonna's Atelier, a handcrafted artisan pizza business based in South Africa. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nonna's Atelier. References to "you" refer to the customer placing an order.

2. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you will receive an order number. This order number is your reference for all communications with us.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation of your order number.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where items are unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or an order appears to be fraudulent.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the details provided in your order (including delivery address and contact information) are accurate and complete.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place the order.
Delivery is included in the price of your order and no separate delivery fee is charged.
Payment must be made in full before your order is prepared and dispatched.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery is available within a limited area. You can check whether we deliver to your address using the delivery checker on our website.
Delivery and collection times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to meet them.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, or upon collection, as applicable.
If you are not available to accept delivery, we may leave the order with a person present at the address, or cancel the order without a refund in appropriate circumstances.

5. Product Availability and Menu

Our pizzas are made fresh and in small batches. Ingredients are subject to availability.
We may need to substitute or omit ingredients where an item is unavailable. Where possible, we will inform you.
Menu items and prices may change at any time without notice.

6. Allergens and Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen handles allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts and other common allergens. While we take care to prepare orders accurately, we cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular allergen. It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements, and to make your own assessment of suitability.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been prepared. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below and quote your order number.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read our Refund Policy for full details on when and how refunds are processed.

9. Promotions and Vouchers

Promotions, vouchers and discount codes are subject to the specific terms stated with each offer.
Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated otherwise.
We may withdraw or amend any promotion at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nonna's Atelier will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of our goods. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") or any other law that cannot be excluded.

11. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

12. Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"). We only use your information to process your order and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil your order.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Nonna's Atelier and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page will apply to orders placed after the date of the update.
